Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
